Will the AI double-book appointments?

No. Receptys reads your Google Calendar in real time before confirming any slot. It only offers times that are genuinely available.

What languages does the AI support?

You choose a default reply language from 12, including English, Malay, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Arabic and Filipino. When a patient writes in another language, the AI is instructed to reply in theirs — best-effort rather than guaranteed. Appointment reminders are sent in English.

What is Clinic+?

Clinic+ is for multi-practitioner clinics. It includes everything in Pro plus unlimited practitioners, multi-practitioner AI booking (the bot asks patients which doctor or therapist they prefer), and per-practitioner Google Calendar sync — all for $288/month.
