Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Receptys.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Receptys.ai provides an AI-powered receptionist platform for clinics and healthcare businesses. The Service includes:

• An AI chatbot that handles patient enquiries and appointment booking via Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger.
• A dashboard for configuring clinic information, services, operating hours, and promotional content.
• An appointments calendar with Google Calendar integration.
• Analytics and conversation management tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 months following a subscription cancellation.

4. Payment and Billing

Receptys.ai offers the following subscription plans:

All fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content to patients.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.
• Store or process sensitive health data beyond what is required to operate appointment booking.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI receptionist generates responses based on the information you provide when configuring your clinic. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every patient enquiry.
• The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information entered into the platform (services, pricing, operating hours, etc.) and for ensuring that AI responses align with your clinic's actual offerings.
• Receptys.ai is not liable for any patient harm, misunderstanding, or loss arising from AI-generated responses.

We recommend periodically reviewing conversation logs and adjusting your clinic configuration to improve response quality.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• By you: Cancel your subscription through the billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy (30-day retention after cancellation, then deletion).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Receptys.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
