Will automated booking integrate with my existing calendar?
Yes. Receptys integrates with Google Calendar for two-way sync. Bookings made through the AI appear immediately in your calendar, and your blocked times are automatically respected.
Can I automate booking for multiple practitioners?
Yes. You can configure the booking system to show availability for specific practitioners and allow patients to select their preferred provider when booking.
What if a patient wants to cancel?
The AI does not cancel or move appointments itself. When a patient asks to cancel or reschedule, the AI hands the conversation to your clinic team, and it appears in your dashboard for a staff member to action. Cancelling a booking from the dashboard also removes it from your Google Calendar.
